Marawi City – Vice Governor Mohammad Khalid “Mujam” Raki-in Adiong participated in the turnover ceremony for the Lanao del Sur Police Provincial Office today at Camp Bagong Ami-Pakpak. The event marked the transition of leadership from the outgoing Provincial Director, PCOL Robert S. Daculan, to the incoming Provincial Director, PCOL Caezar P. Cabuhat.
