Through the Mozhor so Kawiyagan sa Ranao (MKRA) Program, the Provincial Agriculturist (PLGU OPAg) successfully provided agricultural inputs to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the Provincial Jail on June 9, 2025. This initiative is designed to aid their rehabilitation by encouraging productive activities like farming, while also assisting them in growing food for their own consumption. By promoting self-sufficiency and enhancing food security within correctional facilities, we reaffirm our dedication to inclusive development—ensuring that no one is excluded from our efforts to create a resilient and self-sustaining community.
