The Municipal Government of Piagapo has recently harvested strawberries in Barangay Gacap from a program they jointly implemented with the Mindanao State University, through the College of Agriculture.

According to Piagapo Mayor Ali Sumandar, a mass cultivation of said project shall follow after its pilot test.

Some folks from Piagapo are now enjoying some strawberries for iftar.
