MISSION

To uplift the economic and social lives of the community through the provision of appropriate technologies, relevant and responsive trainings and entrepreneurial development services, as well as the integration of Negosyo Center Program which aimed at promoting ease of doing business and facilitating access to services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by means of harnessing public and private partnership of self-reliance and productivity.

A fully economically developed center and the core of excellence for enterprise development in the province of Lanao del Sur.

MANDATES

1. To develop and sustain active partnership with the private sector in promoting a business-friendly environment;
2. To extend capacity building activities and establish linkages with financial institution;
3. To address the manpower needs of the industry in the Province and other nearby communities;
4. To strengthen public-private partnership for lifting up of the economic and social lives of the community;
5. To equip the clientele with appropriate technologies which will enable them to become innovative, resourceful, self-reliant and productive individuals; and
6. To provide technical assistance and entrepreneurial services to its clients in order for them to increase income and savings, investments, productivity and purchasing power.
