VISION

The Provincial Planning and Development Office is envisioned to be a department with a responsive, participative and competent planners who formulate and integrate plans and policies, coordinate development undertakings that guides for a sustainable peace and development of the Meranaos.

MISSION

The Provincial Planning and Development Office shall strive to:

1. Attend and conduct continuing studies, research and training programs necessary to evolve economic, social, physical and fiscal plans,
2. To promote linkages with both the local and national line agencies and strengthens partnership with foreign donor institution,
3. To monitor and evaluate the implementation of the different development programs, projects and activities that serves our community.

GOAL

To be the backbone of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur in its ultimate quest for comprehensive and systematic development sustained by unrelenting economic growth.

MANDATE

The Provincial Planning and Development Office of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur shall take the lead in its planning, development programs by providing administrative and technical skills vis-à-vis the formulation of appropriate programs, projects and activities necessary and responsive to the growing needs and concerns of the entire province.
