• The Department believes that person’s intrinsic dignity flows from an immortal soul which is substantially united to the physical body at conception period.
• Provincial Health office have a sacred duty which is to render highest possible quality care to people who are afflicted and injured that is best achieved by full cooperation of all who are privileged to take part in that care.
• The Department (PHO) seeks to established a team dedicated to the prevention, promotion, curative and rehabilitation of health and well¬-being of the patients in an environment that will enable every member to obtain fulfillment from their assigned task, as well as to give complete dedication to his/her work.
