The Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur officially inaugurated the new Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier today.
The program commenced with an opening prayer led by Farouk Macarimbang and a Qur’an reading by Alikan Rasuman. Assistant PGSO Head Shoraida Renabor welcomed the attendees and highlighted the teamwork behind the project’s completion.
Sir Usman Amerol provided a brief history of the PGSO and underscored its vital role in managing the province’s logistics. He also delivered an inspiring message about vision and perseverance.
Vice Governor Mohammad Khalid Raki-in Adiong reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to institutional development through infrastructure and innovation. A certificate of acceptance was signed by PGSO Officer Abraham S. Rasuman and Provincial Engineer Dimasira D. Macabando, Jr.
The symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Vice Governor Mohammad Khalid “Mujam” Raki-in Adiong and Provincial Administrator Juraira M. Alonto, officially marked the opening of the new facility. This was followed by a building blessing conducted by Aleem Abu Anas. A guided tour, led by PGSO Officer Abraham Rasuman, showcased the upgraded features of the new office designed to enhance operational efficiency.
The inauguration marks a major step in improving public service delivery in Lanao del Sur. The program was smoothly hosted by Amer Alauya U. Alonto.
