The Provincial Local Government Unit of Lanao del Sur, a bronze awardee of the PRIME-HRM, participated in the 1st CSC for BARMM PRIME-HRM Summit held on April 7–8, 2025, at the Alnor Convention Center in Cotabato City.

One of the resource speakers is Azrifa Mamutuk-Alonto, Provincial Human Resource Management Officer. In her address, she proudly talked about the PRIME-HRM journey of the provincial government of Lanao del Sur and how it has been beneficial in enhancing the efficiency of public service delivery. She highlighted the various training programs implemented for local government employees, which have significantly improved their skills and competencies.

This two-day summit brought together HR practitioners and government leaders from across the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) to share best practices and foster a culture of excellence in public service. Notable highlights of the event included speeches from CSC Commissioner Atty. Ryan Alvin Acosta and Atty. Luis Meinrado Pañguyalan, as well as success stories shared by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), local government units (LGUs), and various HRM officers.

With the theme of advancing HR systems and practices in the region, the summit reinforced the commitment of participants to continuously elevate HRM standards through the PRIME-HRM initiative.
