The Provincial Health Office (PHO), headed by Dr. Princess Elham Sacar, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, conducted the 2025 Community Blood Drive today at the Provincial Capitol with the theme “Save Lives, One Drop at a Time.” This vital initiative is part of the 100-Day Program of Governor Mamintal “Bombit” Alonto Adiong, Jr.
