Marawi City – The Ministry of Interior and Local Government (MILG) of Lanao del Sur held an orientation session today for the Provincial Government’s Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Technical Working Group (TWG). The program took place at the SP Session Hall in the New Capitol Complex.

The primary objective of the orientation was to provide a comprehensive overview of the SGLG framework, including context setting, key indicators, and preparations for the upcoming SGLG assessment. Participants engaged in discussions regarding the governance parameters and the various modes of verification (MOVs) that will be utilized during the evaluation process.

This initiative is designed to check the areas needing improvement and to implement necessary adjustments, ensuring that the provincial government achieves optimal performance in the forthcoming assessment.
