The award was given by the Task Force Balik Loob during its 7th Founding Anniversary Celebration today, May 21, 2025 at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Commissioned Officers Country (AFPCOC), Tejeros Hall, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

Accompanying Governor Adiong to the awarding ceremony are members of the LDS ECLIP Committee namely, Assistant PSWDO Dr. Monaima Adiong and Provincial Information Officer Salma Jayne Tamano.

The Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP) in the Philippines is a government program that helps former rebels and former violent extremists reintegrate into society and become productive citizens.

The ECLIP Committee, at the local level (provincial or city), is responsible for implementing ECLIP activities and ensuring the effective delivery of assistance to former rebels or returning friends.

Task Force Balik-Loob was created by virtue of Administrative Order No. 10 dated 03 April 2018 as a central coordinating body to supervise the government’s reintegration efforts for members of the CPP-NPA-NDF including their immediate family members. It is composed of representatives from the Department of National Defense, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process, Office of the President, and the National Housing Authority, as well as other partner government agencies.
