• Promotion of Cooperatives

2. Technical Assistance Service 

• Assist cooperatives in establishing linkages with government agencies and NGOs involved in the promotion and integration of the concept of cooperatives in the livelihood of the people and other community activities. 
• Assistance in the organization of cooperatives. 

3. Capacity Development Assistance 

• Provide technical and other forms of assistance to existing cooperatives to enhance their viability as an economic enterprise and social organization. 

4. Support to Local and International Summit and Trade Fairs 

• Promotion of Cooperative Products thru trade fairs (Philippine Travel Mart). 

5. Cooperative Monitoring 

• Monitoring of successful cooperatives in the province. 
• If possible, documentation of successful cooperative stories to be presented in the national summits and conference. 

Strengthening of Cooperative Federations, Unions, and Councils

1. Facilitation of Cooperative Meeting 

• Municipal Cooperatives Officer, Provincial Cooperative Development Council, etc. 

2. Provision of Financial Assistance for Cooperatives 

• Provide financial assistance to deserving operative cooperatives.
