On February 17 and 19, staff from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (PLGU OPAg) visited nine (9) barangays in the province, namely: ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐ฝ๐ช๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฃ๐, ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ค; ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐๐ฃ ๐๐ง๐ค๐ฅ๐๐ง, ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ค; ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐๐๐ฎ๐, ๐๐๐ฉ๐ค ๐ฝ๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐; ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐๐๐ก๐ค๐, ๐๐๐ฉ๐ค ๐ฝ๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐; ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐ฝ๐ช๐๐ค๐ฃ๐, ๐๐๐๐ช๐๐๐ง๐๐ฃ; ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐๐๐ข๐ค๐๐๐ค, ๐๐๐๐ช๐๐๐ง๐๐ฃ; ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐๐ค, ๐๐ช๐๐๐ฎ๐; ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐๐ค๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ค๐ฃ, ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐; ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฎ. ๐๐๐ง๐๐ค, ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐. The purpose of the visit was to monitor and validate the fishponds located within these areas.
This initiative is a step towards empowering aquacultural production in the province, with the goal of providing sustainable livelihoods for our fellow fisherfolk.
The staff were warmly welcomed by the fisherfolk, who look forward to future collaboration with the PLGU-OPAg.
